Cap Rubber Olympic Grip Plate

The CAP Olympic Rubber Coated Grip Plate is made with cast iron and coated with rubber to provide added protection against damage to floors and equipment. These commercial grade plates fit on all 2 in Olympic style weightlifting bars, as well as, on Smith Machines and other equipment with 2 in posts. These plates feature oversized holes that allow you to safely lift and load these plates onto bars and other equipment.
