Created as an interactive, emotive self-exploration, the SELF-Talk series was developed for students to help them identify their emotions, explore why they feel a certain way, determine if they need help or can help others, and consider when they need or can provide help. There is a prompt at the bottom for schools to enter how a student can reach out for additional support and guidance, as well as work banks providing ample vocabulary to help them identify exactly how they are feeling.
