Fresh rebuild with brand new seals. If you have 2 or more engines with Joystick Piloting and you have an actuator fail you have two choices. Either upgrade to Gen 2 for both or all or just replace the failed Gen 1 with another one. Mercury stopped making them so you cant get a Gen 1 actuator from mercury or any dealer. The only source for these are preowned units from someone that has upgraded. You cant rebuild the actuators or repair them either. You need special tooling that no one has.
