
Herbal Broth Blend
This nutritive, adaptogenic and immune-boosting blend will keep your spirits (and health) high throughout the colder months. This blend can be made into a decoction for sipping or integrated into a deeply nourishing broth with the addition of some veggies and your choice of bones, or seaweed and more mushrooms. The herbs listed below are what we decided to add, but the combos are endless!
