Description Description Super Duty Linear Actuator – High Force, Quiet Operation, Precision Feedback The Super Duty Linear Actuator is engineered for demanding applications, combining rugged durability with smooth and quiet performance. Built with heavy-duty materials, each unit features a worm gear drive mechanism, making it significantly quieter and far more resistant to back-driving than traditional actuator designs. Housed in a thick, high-strength aluminum case with matching aluminum rods, these actuators are designed to withstand substantial force while maintaining long-term reliability. They are available in two force/speed configurations and multiple stroke lengths ranging from 2" to 40", in 2-inch increments. Each actuator includes integrated end-of-stroke limit switches to safely stop motion at both fully extended and retracted positions. A built-in 4-wire Hall Effect Sensor provides high-resolution positional feedback for synchronized or closed-loop control systems
