Giant Allium 'Universe' - Giant blossoms that stay closer to the ground than most giant alliums can help provide a wonderful extension of blooms as these will bloom out first. Their balls are not quie as dense which creates an effect that looks like each seed head is a star hanging out in the universe, hence the name.  Massive purple globe blooms that are 8-10" in size will stop you in your tracks.
