Measurements  Our regular size is 15 1/2" long with a 2 3/4" x 5" paddle. The BIG ONE is17" long with a 3 3/4" x 7" paddle. Product Details We use select premium domestic and exotic hardwoods. The body boiled in water for ten minutes to make it pliable to bend. , it is formed into the desired shape. The spatula goes through a three-day drying process before being removed from the bending form. Once dry, the curved spatula is sanded, the walnut handle is applied and pegged.
