Yngve Ekström (1913-1988) was exposed to cabinetmaking at a young age and by 1945 founded his own firm ESE-möbler (later Swedese). His ergonomic "Lamino" lounge chair became an icon of Swedish furniture design and is still produced by Swedese today. This trolley from the 1970s is organic in structure using solid pinewood framing including the wheels. Model Lystella, Swedese. Sweden.
