Summary This coffee comes from a cooperative group of coffee farmers (smallholder members) that are dedicated to environmental protection as well as producing high-quality coffees using organic growing techniques and processes. It has a very mild lemon note with black tea tones but really stands out with some Valencia peanut flavors. During cool-down it tends to show some sweet plum notes.
