Noa is an acronym for Noroeste Argentino, or Argentine Northwest, where a lot of the country's produce comes from. It is our version of the Japanese Nakiri. Noa prefers a plant-based diet and is designed precisely for slicing, dicing, and mincing fruits and veggies. Blade: The blade is made of Swedish Sandvik Stainless Steel which is highly coveted in the knife-making world. It is renowned for its excellent corrosion resistance, high hardness, and outstanding edge retention, making it very easy to maintain. Handle: This model features a limited edition handle. The handle is made from Mulberry with a Guayacan accent. Mulberry has a natural, yellow tone, and pairs wonderfully with the Guayacan, a dark and heavy hardwood native to South America.
