DETAILSOur Aanya (meaning, Limitless) banded collar tunic has a half-button placket, long sleeves, and longer silhouette. With soft gathers along the shoulder placket and sleeves, it offers a slightly structured design with carefree ease. MATERIALS + PROCESSProduced using sustainable practices that help improve the livelihoods and welfare of our artisan community makers and reduce the impact on the environment. Ikat patterns are skillfully prepared by resist-dyeing the yarns before the weaving and then skillfully handwoven on a traditional foot pedal loom to create our pattern. We use a weft weaving technique which is more niche and a higher degree of difficulty than warp weaving, which is more common. Due to the entire manual process, the resulting design has unique characteristics.
