Precision Rated Optics splice sleeves are constructed with stainless steel strength members, polyolefin copolymer inner tube and a polyolefin outer tube. Lengths are precise and all ends are free of burrs and sharp edges. The entire assembly is heat-bonded, keeping the tubes in line with the strength member during shipping, handling and shrinking.
