It has nubs throughout the fabric giving it a silk noil like hand feel on a georgette.....pretty cool! It makes the polyester feel more like a silk or some kind of natural fiber blend even though it's 100% polyester. It would be great for outer layers of a dress, top, semi sheer curtains, layered skirts, hair bows, and more!
