This necklace features a silver circle pendant woven with colorful beads to symbolize the awareness about congenital heart defects! It features red & blue Swarovski and czech glass beads of various sizes and shapes woven with jewelry wire throughout the center of a silver circular pendant.  Select silver-plated or sterling silver chain!
