Stenciled Ostrich Fringe 2PLY - Eggshell/Brown

This handmade Feather Fringe is made from Ostrich feathers approximately 4.5-5.5" long and comes on a 2 yard bolt. These ostrich feathers are sewn on to a polyester-blend bias tape with approx 30-35 feathers per inch making this feather fringe a Two Ply layer of thickness.
