Beef Teres Major Steak (Petite Tender) - Organic

Certified Organic, 100% Grass Fed beef from Black Angus cattle raised organically and humanely on Wasedas family farm in Door County, Wisconsin. The Teres Major is a Foodie's favorite. Though it comes second to the tenderloin for being the most tender part of a cow, the Teres Major is much richer. Because it comes from just below the cow's leg, this means it remains melty and tender without sacrificing flavor. The Teres Major is a smaller steak hand trimmed by our in house butchers in De Pere.     Approximate size is 9oz - 12oz.
