The camera is mounted on the z-axis and allows FarmBot to take photos of the garden and plants for weed detection and other future use cases such as plant growth tracking. The camera features a waterproof screw-together 4-pin 90-degree connector that must be connected to a cable (sold separately) for connecting to either the Raspberry Pi 3 for Genesis kits (full-size USB) or the Raspberry Pi Zero for Express kits (micro USB).
