Apple Butter Bacon Jam

We made this new, seasonal Bacon Jam with with our Applewood Smoked Bacon and Jowl Bacon plus vanilla bean paste, apple balsamic, cinnamon, and Apple Butter from our friends at Doud Orchard in northern Indiana.   Serve on sandwiches like City Ham and grilled cheese. Pair with creamy, rich cheeses like Trillium Triple Cream along with our Sweet & Spicy Pecans. 8 oz container Ingredients: Bacon Bits (Pork belly, pork jowl, sea salt, cane sugar, brown sugar, spices (coriander, black pepper), maple syrup, vegetable powder (celery juice, sea salt)), apple butter, dried apple rings, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon sticks, cayenne, black pepper, vanilla bean paste, apple balsamic (apple vinegar apple cider, antioxidant: potassium metabisulphite).
