Maple sap is boiled over a traditional wood-fired evaporator which turns it into this special sweet stuff! Whole Madagascar vanilla bean pods are added to the pure maple syrup, and it is allowed to age for a month which infuses the syrup with an incredibly smooth vanilla flavor.
