Sheet thickness is +- 0.010" Our .050" sheet is thin and flexible and great for slightly contoured filler panels. We use a 2x2 Twill weave pattern, which is the most common weave pattern in the auto industry. Our sheets are constructed using high-quality materials from reputable manufacturers in the USA. We use a structural high strength infusion epoxy resin in our panels to provide the strongest, toughest part we can. These panels have a high gloss finish on the face side and a fine-textured finish on the backside. If you're unsure what size or thickness sheet you need please send us a message and ask.
