Iron, 4 1/4" height. Small size for the Icelandic pony. 3/3/ nail holes producing the "pie crust" edge characteristic of this early period. Folded calkins. Shaped with a twist to match the contour of the pony’s hoof. Professionally conserved excavated condition.
