YELANGU Mic01 Camera-Mount Shotgun Microphone
The Yelangu Mic01 is a camera-mount shotgun microphone with cables to connect the mic to both cameras and smartphones and a switchable pickup pattern for added versatility when shooting YouTube videos, vlogs, interviews, and more. This small, lightweight aluminum-alloy microphone is designed to provide better sound than the camera's built-in mic and easily attaches to your camera's shoemount. Two polar patterns are available—the cardioid setting narrows the pickup pattern to focus audio capture in front of the mic, making it a smart choice for dialog, while the omnidirectional option picks up sound from all around the mic, making it a better choice for ambient sound. The Mic01 includes two 3.5mm cables, one with a TRS connection for DSLR and mirrorless cameras, and a second with a TRRS connector for smartphones with 3.5mm headphone jacks. The included CR2 3V Li-ion battery will power the mic for up to 600 hours.
