These are Authentic EZ Lite Cruiser Backrest Support straps.  Made of high density plastic, fabric and velcro strips, this piece holds up the weight of your back on the EZ Lite Cruiser.  In the highly unlikely possibility that you accidentally damage your backrest support by overloading it, you may need to replace this part.
