The Infrared & Folding Grill Thermometer is designed with 2-in-1 functionality of a non-contact infrared sensor that instantly measures the temperature of the cooking surface, e.g. pizza stone, and a folding probe sensor that instantly and accurately measures the temperature of the grilled food, e.g. sirloin strip. It takes the sensors as little as 2-3 seconds and is accurate to +/-1 degrees.
