Valentine's Truffle Making Class w/ A Twist for Beginners - Kit for Two Participants

  Join our founder, Carolina Q., for a LIVE virtual class on the first truffle recipes she ever learned to make plus cocktail recipes from master mixologist Gabe Urrutia! We will ship out a truffle kit including all the chocolate needed to make French style ganache truffles. You will learn step by step on how to make dark chocolate truffles rolled in dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and/or nibs. You are also encouraged to roll in any other toppings you'd like to bring to the class - we suggest shredded coconut, chopped nuts, sprinkles, or anything that you'd like to pair with your ganache truffle. You will also receive detailed instructions and video showcasing how to make two chocolate centric cocktails using the items in your kit - a Manhattan and a Single Origin Old Fashioned!
