Laguna Beach Listing Service | Noticing Mailing List Radius Map Postcard Mailing

Confirmed with Planning Manager Bill Rodrigues, the city of Laguna Beach is now requiring the list preparer (Express Mapping is a list preparer) to mail out the postcard notice. Our pricing includes the Radius Map, Mailing List (300ft or 500ft), 100' Tenant when applicable, printing of the postcard, drop off to post office, receipt and the signed affidavit. A receipt is generated when you place the order, you can immediately send that to your planner. We will also send an email to the city (on the day you place the order), confirming that we have received the order.
