Fountain Valley Radius Map - Property Owners and Occupant List and Map - 1000 foot radius

As of May 21st 2024, the City of Fountain Valley has increased public notification to 1000' feet. All exising projects will need to be updated from 500 feet to 1000 feet. The Spreadsheets must contain fields for the Assessor Parcel Number (APN), Name, Address, City, State and Zip Code of property within a radius of one thousand (1000) feet of the exterior boundaries of the subject property. For projects fronting on major arterials (e.g. Brookhurst, Slater) the 1000 foot radius shall not include the width of the adjacent rig
