Effective November 10, 2023, The City of Oakland requires the applicant to be responsible for the notification of projects. Express Mapping is an approved vendor for the city. We can prepare the radius map, mailing list and mailing. Mailings quotes are sent with each job at completion. The $395 includes the radius map & mailing list data. The mailing fee is separate, the quote will be emailed to you with the radius map & mailing list files.
