The performance of Pump P-920 is accurate and reproducible from low flow rates over the whole pressure range. The chemical resistance of the pump allows its use with corrosive liquids and organic solvents as well as aqueous solutions with high salt concentrations. Pump P-920 facilitates routine chromatography work. It is utilised as system pump in ÄKTA FPLC™ chromatography systems, or is used as a stand-alone unit. The flow rate is set locally with a front dial, or from a PC running UNICORN™ 3.0 or higher. Pump P-920 works with a wide range of columns and media supplied by Amersham Biosciences.
