Cabinets are made of heavy-gauge steel with a powder-coated finish for optimum appearance and easy cleaning, while the interiorwalls are stainless steel to spread warm-wall radiant heat evenly throughout the chamber.  Sheathed, low-watt density heaters are in direct contact with chamber walls to allow close temperature control and quick recovery after door openings.  This arrangement also minimizes temperature gradients and offers a large working area in the chamber. A double set of doors, the inner of tempered glass, permit unobstructed viewing of chamber contents without disturbing the interior environment.  Slide-out shelving can be positioned to meet user requirements. A PID microprocessor based controller maintains chamber temperature.  An over temperature safety thermostat controls temperature in the event of primary control failure. Condition
