Among other projects, Kevin is working to find milder hot peppers with great flavor, in an effort to make hot peppers more accessible to more people. These are little heart-shaped red peppers from Brazil with a unique cherry-citrus flavor on very productive plants. Fruits are about as hot as jalapeños. Kevin loves them fresh, pickled, or stuffed!
