SSG Pineapple Garlic Onion Cheese Ball and Dip

Both a sweet and savory experience to tickle the palate, this cheese ball has been enjoyed by the Keith family for over 45 years.Directions for Cheese Ball:  Combine all ingredients in large package with 16 ounces of softened cream cheese.  Add 1 can (13 oz) DRAINED, crushed pineapple and mix well. Refrigerate for about one hour in order for  product to harden enough to form a ball.  Remove from frig, WET HANDS, and shape into a ball or into two logs.  Garnish with packet provided OR with other as shown, depending on the look that you want.​This creation was featured in the recent SOUTHERN HOLIDAY LIFE MAGAZINE and the editors suggested that it be used as a spread on deli sandwiches.  We tried it and really liked this too.
