Two tone collar design without a D-ring. Tags and leash clip will both go on the O-ring. Fits 14" - 15.5" necks. Reason for discount: Proof of concept two-tone o-ring collar design D-ring was not installed during assembly, leaving a blank space next to the buckle and an extra rivet. Sizing holes were cut too close to the end of the strap, causing the last hole to not allow the strap to fit fully through the buckle. While still functional, I would not recommend using this last sizing hole, as it would not be as secure. It has not been included in the sizing measurement.
