Address to the Prisoners in the Cook County Jail

From socialist/labor publisher Charles H. Kerr. The paperback has a stapled binding, and wasn't printed entirely straight; there's an old price sticker on the front, and some marks and scuffs to both covers (that one at the top rear is a scuff, not a tear). Previous owner's name on flyleaf, but no marks or highlighting inside, and almost all pages are quite bright. Quite rare.
