All of our sublimation transfers are offered in the following sizes: 3.5" on the longest side - Pocket 5" on the longest side - Infant 7" on the longest side - Toddler 9" on the longest side - Youth 11" on the longest side - Adult Sublimation Ready To Press TRANSFER  You will receive Sublimation Printout ready to be pressed Sublimation Transfers is to be press on with a HEAT PRESS. We do not recommend using iron. Not responsible for any damage by incorrect handling pressing. STEPS FOR PRESSING Preheat Your Heat Press to 400°  Adjust the pressure on your press. For t-shirt sublimation, you only need light-medium pressure. Place the shirt on the press, remove any lint from the t-shirt with a lint roller Do a quick press to remove wrinkles. Add Butcher paper inside your shirt between the front and back. Place your Sublimation Print design onto the shirt, tape down your transfer with heat tape on all four sides.
