The dock leveler pit form is used for pouring concrete at a loading dock for dock leveler installation. The pit form is manufactured to fit your brand of dock leveler, and makes forming the pit simple! The form uses welded strapping and rebar, resulting in a strong embed for your leveler. The exposed surface is finished with gray primer. Includes 3” x 3” x 3/16” angle at top edge of side and back walls. REINFORCED WALLS 12 GA steel sides are reinforced with 1” x 1” vertical angles, a vertical 1” x 2” x 1/8” angle at the back and a 3/16” plate at the front for attaching the dock bumpers, and 3” x 6” x 12 GA concrete anchors. FRONT CURB ANGLE The front curb angle is a 3” x 3” x 3/16”angle with 3” x 6” x 5/8” rebar anchors.
