This is a brand new OEM Alpina 21" B7 Gloss Black Light Alloy Wheel set of four for a BMW G11 G12 7 Series (2016-2022).  They're also referred to as the "Classic" wheel style.  These are staggered wheels, and as such the wheels' measurements are 21" x 8.5" in the front and 21" x 10" in the rear.  If you've seen any Alpina wheels on a BMW before then you know how dramatic of a difference it makes.  It's a stunning wheel that literally changes the overall appearance of your 7.
