Used for its soothing and emollient effects. The bark in this product is sourced from slippery elm trees, which are native to North America and can grow to be over 200 years old. Serving Size: 4 capsules Servings Per Container: 100 capsules Ingredients: Calories 5, Total Carbohydrate 2g, Dietary Fiber 1g, Slippery Elm (bark) 1.6g Other Ingredients:  plant-derived capsule (hypromellose), cellulose, magnesium stearate Directions: Take 4 capsules three times daily with warm water between mealtimes.
