Miss Ezzie's Lowcountry Coastal Crab Dip Mix

Crab dip is a coastal classic! Directions: Combine package contents with 1 Cup Sour Cream and mix well. Fold in one can of well-drained crab meat. Chill for 2 hours, stir again and serve with crackers, toast points and/or crudités.  Ingredients: Maltodextrin, sugar, natural and artificial flavors (including crab & butter), salt, garlic, spices, extract of annatto, less than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking. Contains milk. About Miss Ezzie: She grew up on a small family farm in Horry County, South Carolina, where they raised tobacco, corn, cotton and pigs. She moved to Charleston in 1955, got married, raised a family and has lived most of her life just south of the city in the heart of the Lowcountry.
