Your administrator attends free with your group. Joining this year-long cohort group will allow you to build a team of coaches and trainers who are informed and experienced in the 5 restorative skills in order to bring these skills back to your staff:  Mindfulness Honest expression Empathy The art of asking questions The art of requests …and what those 5 skills look like in practice: utilizing a variety of circles, including community circles, academic circles, and restorative circles to repair harm and create accountability respect agreements restorative dialogue responding to vs reacting to students, colleagues, and families …and how best to get these skills, tools, and practices into the hands of our staff and students for implementation.
