
American Denver San Rocco Society Two-Sided Ribbon Badge with Tassel
DETAILS An antique historical double-sided club badge worn by members of the Potenza Lodge (Societa Nativi di Potenza Basilicata)(Denver, Colorado, 1899-present). The Potenza Lodge is a fraternal Society founded in the late 19th century to support Italian American immigrants. The red side of the ribbon badge was likely worn to meetings and the black side to a funeral of a member or a Rosary. Their patron saint is Saint Rocco.
