UV Resistant Polyurethane Topcoat

The UV Resistant Polyurethane Topcoat is a one component polyurethane floor coating/sealer that works well against chemicals, car fluids, and household cleaning agents. It features good UV stability and is proven weather tough. This product features a user friendly 1 step process. Simply open the package, mix in the aggregate thoroughly and begin to coat. Be sure to mix every couple of minutes as the aggregate will not suspend for periods of time and will want to fall to the bottom of the mixture. You will be able to coat appx 400-800 sq/ft per gallon at 2-4 mils thick. It can be used as a topcoat with most other Epoxy Central base and primer coatings and will add an extra protected non slip layer to your floor to help withstand the wear and tear it receives. You can choose to add decorative flecks to your flooring system.
