The same high-quality materials were used to manufacture the original factory part. Making this a genuine OEM product. The oscillator is a very special and important piece to these suction cleaners as are the seals that are needed to help improve its operating capabilities. The purpose of the oscillator is to move back and forth at a high rate of speed so about 500 oscillations per minute and the amount of vibration created by this fast movement moves the bristles which help clean the surface. The seals help with the flow restriction which helps the oscillator oscillate, however, they do not need to be touching the outer housing in order to accomplish this task. There are two oscillator seals that are sold separately from the oscillator assembly (they are included with the oscillator ass
