The CHIPSEN BoT-nLE521 module is an OEM-style, cost-effective, low-power, true system-on-chip (SoC) for Bluetooth Smart (Bluetooth low energy) BLE applications. Integrating the BoT-nLE521 into your design enables robust BLE slave nodes to be built with very low total bill-of-material costs while greatly simplifying and streamlining the design and certification process. BoT-nLE521 combines an excellent RF transceiver with an industry-standard enhanced Cortec-M4 CPU, in-system programmable flash memory, 24kB RAM, and many other powerful supporting features and peripherals. The BoT-nLE521 is suitable for systems where very low power consumption is required. Very low-power sleep modes are available.
