By combining bleach and EMULSIFIER PLUS, two things are accomplished. First, bleach softens the mold/mildew making it easy for the detergent to penetrate. Second, the high detergent bed of Emulsifier Plus removes remaining pollutants such as exhaust carbons, acid rain as well as embedded oxidation.
