We originally designed this as a hot drink for our winter crowd, because we are from Minnesota you know, but this has become one of our strongest international sellers. We were surprised at first, but we have many customers in hot and tropical climates, who are using this as their chocolate drink base for their custom products. Our most popular base mixes are Caffeine Free, contain No Hydrogenated Oils, No Trans Fats, No HFCS, No Lactose (when made with Water). All of these bases will work well in a Granita Machine as well (please see the recipe section for details).
