This fixture has a vandal proof polycarbonate faceplate, stainless steel tamper resistant screws, a poly-vinyl chloride frame, and an aluminum body. These features combined with an airtight design makes the Class 1 Division 2 Exit Sign the perfect choice for refineries, power plants, and processing plants both indoors and outdoors.  Other than being explosion proof, the Class 1 Division 2 Exit Sign is a very durable fixture. It is corrosion and flame resistant while providing at least 90 minutes of exit sign illumination when AC power is lost.
