4-Hour Emergency Light

Overview The 4-Hour Emergency Light is designed to provide four hours of emergency illumination when AC power in the facility is lost. Underwriter Laboratories (UL), who are responsible for the UL 924 Standard for Emergency Lighting and Exit Sign Fixtures, require emergency fixtures to operate for a minimum of 90 minutes when powered by backup battery packs. The 4-Hour Emergency Light provides 240 minutes of emergency illumination for lighting applications where the bare minimum isn't enough. Common applications for this fixture include large-scale manufacturing facilities where rolling blackouts can occur and processing plants that take more than 90 minutes for power to be restored.  The 4-Hour Emergency Light features a push button battery backup testing system and a powerful sealed lead acid battery that will provide four hours of emergency illumination.
