Ultra-Flect Poncho

So here's the story... Back when we were running the Kickstarter campaign for the Pocket Super Shelter (working on getting more) the manufacturer offered us some "ULTRAFLECT™" Ponchos they had left over from another project to use as a backer reward. All those ponchos are gone, however, recently while going through their warehouse they found a couple more boxes of them. These ponchos are really nice. They are more of a serape than the military style poncho. They don't open flat but are made to be worn while active.  I believe they were originally intended for runners.
