For custom orders:* Customize your decanter with a name, monogram, date, inside joke, or even a graphic image. The etching is permanent that will not wash or wear off.* A courtesy proof will be sent for customers to check spelling, layout, and overall design. *Once the approval, misspellings, incorrect dates, or any other typographical errors are no longer subject to refunds since the customer is given the opportunity to approve or revise all designs prior to engraving.*All designs are based on information provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Placing an order1) If you'd like to choose your own font we can engrave any fonts listed at font.google.com2) Feel free to send us any artwork through email at info@ellislaserengraving.com if you'd like to make your own design3) You can choose one of our stock designs (we can also add a personalized name/message/logo to our stock designs)4) Choose a color from the drop down box5) Choose if you want engraving on the front or font and back using the drop down box6) Choose a quantity from the drop down box.7) Once you have completed the order we will send a proof out for approval within 24 hours.* Holidays may affect production times.*Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for custom or personalized orders. If damaged in shipping the item will be replaced, not refunded.*We etch glass using a laser, which scratches the surface of the glass. It cannot be engraved into the glass or go deeper below the surface. By nature, it is semi transparent. It will always look best against dark colors. It cannot be done in color. Since it is scratching the glass, it is natural to have some inconsistencies around the edges.
